My wife and I used them this past Oct. Bangkok/Phuket/Bangkok/Chiang Mai/Bangkok. We flew "Nok Class" to get the extra baggage allowance.
I'm fairly certain I used a credit card for purchasing these tickets since I had reservations for the Phuket leg before we left the US. We purchased in Bangkok for the other legs.
Enjoyed the flights, one out of four had a slight delay, but would definitely recommend them and we will certainly use them again.
