The Nana Entertainment Plaza is on Soi 4 across the road from Soi 7. However places like the Eden Club on Soi 7/1 are very near the hotel. (Not that I have a clue what goes on in there of course, being a woman! ;-) I'm not sure the hotel you chose would be what you're looking for. Why not opt for somewhere like the Asia Hotel? Good facilities and very handy location as it has direct access to the Ratchathewi BTS station.
