Travelling from Phuket to Bangkok and want to go to the River Kwai area. Would it be easier to organise someone to pick us up from airport and take us straight there instead of going into Bangkok then back tracking?
Also organising own accomodation - any suggestions on budget accomodation suitable for kids? And is it best to organise tours once we arrive instead of from travel agents in Australia.
