Before I ask my question, let me say that I am already a bit "inked up" so no lectures please, LOL. Does anyone know of some seriously talented tattoo artists in Thailand? I prefer Japanese style and am very picky about who I let work on me, let alone the environment. Some of the more famous international guys move around a bit as well, any bigger outfits to check out?
