Wink The Weather

Jeez, we have not had such a dry autumn since we arrived in Portugal. Normally we would have had a period of South Westerly winds bringing in moisture from the Atlantic a few times by now. Last year we had such a hot dry summer, we had the horrible fires in Portugal some may remember. Now we are hearing fire sirens (it is horrible, they use the same sirens as they used as air raid sirens in England and elsewhere - horrible sound) in October. Saw an "old" Horizon program last night about how all live on earth was nearly destroyed once before because of extreme climate change. Doom and gloom! Although I hear it is pouring hard in Phuket
