Default Spicy food on Malaysian Airlines?

Hi! Could anyone tell me how is the food on the plane when traveling with Malaysia Airlines? I heard (in fact, I read on another forum) that it's quite spicy; and I don't like too spicy food. I'll travel many hours with this company, that is why I am concerned.
Thank you!

Hi snowdrop,
Even in MH economy you will get a choice of two meals, likely Malaysian/generic Asian (which may or may not be spicy) and Western. When the cabin crew come round with the cart and ask you your meal choice, simply say that you don't like spicy food and ask them which one is the non spicy. There will always be a choice that is non-spicy.

Nothing to be concerned about - Malaysian are a highly-rated airline (5 Stars on Skytrax: Malaysia Airlines Official Skytrax 5-Star Airline Rating | SKYTRAX) and you will have a fabulous flight!

For sure! But I think that you can ask in the airline in advance if they can provide you some unspicy dishes.
