villa in kuala lumpur

Hi would you pay to stay at a 6 star style balinese villa which i am planing to start building by the end of this year in an urban area in malaysia.. It will have a beautiful swimming pool, chalet living , 24/7 service, bfast provided and will provide any coordination for tours, shopping etc..it will have an underground bar as well as a roof top bar and there will be a games room, pool table and just an overall awesome environment to chill, relax and a more private accomodation then staying at a hotel.I intend to charge RM 500 per nite.I need to have some idea on the potential feasibiltity of this dream plan before i embark 100%.
