Help:: Diving in Perhentian Islands in 20 Feb 2012

Hi,

We are planning for a 3 days trip to Perhentian Islands in 20 Feb 2012, mainly diving and snorkeling. I am really glad and having a peace of mind not pieces after figuring out this forum :)

few questions before planning and appreciate your feedback :

1- is feb. good time for visibility, think it will be in monsoon season
2- how much open water PADI cost and time frame to achieve it

3- is it a good atmosphere for both night-life and beach party,

4- what are the key differences between Perhentian Besar and Perhentian Kecil, which one do you think it will match the above interests

5- any recommended activities in addition to the above
