Bumboat ride up Singapore River, cheap & quick!
Singapore Zoo
Chinese Gardens
Chinatown - Food street & shopping
Have dinner at Lau Pau Sat food markets (satay heaven)
Forget Orchard Rd, jump on the MRT and head out to the suburbs, good shopping & cheaper.
Actually I could list plenty more but I wont haha.
Cathy

Here's my top 3 suggestions:

Sight Seeing Top 3:
1.) Marina Sands Integrated Resort.
- Premier Sands Casino (if you like to gamble), and you will see spectacular views of Singapore's skyline

2.) Little India
- the sounds and smells will awaken your senses
3.) Bugis and Arab Street
- shopping, plus the charm of Arab Street

Eating Top 3:

1.) Geylang Road
- although this is the red light district, here you will find some of the most delicious and famous dishes in Singapore, such as Beef Fried Noodles, and Claypot Frog Porridge
2.) China Town
- sample some great Chinese cuisine and the various hawker centers there
3.) Lau Pau Sat Market (near Raffles Place)
- abit pricey as its in the city, but it is a great experience eating satay underneath the bright skyscrapers at night, right in the middle of the banking district

Cheers!!
