short trip to Malaysia

hi guy... i have a short trip to Malaysia , arrive Kuala Lumpur 12.35am. Sat , i want to visit Melaka on that day and spend one night at Melaka. Could U reccommend anyplace i should go . I will go back to Kuala Lumpur very early morning 5 am by bus and spend the rest time in Kuala Lumpur , depearture time flight to Bangkok is 1.35 pm. Sun

I need your help
- how to book bus ticket Kuala Lumpor to Melaka roundtrip?
- how long is the distance from Kuala Lumpur to Melaka? I arrive KL 12.35 am what time I arrive Melaka?
-Which hotel in Melaka is in the central city?

bus ticket- get it online, now many bus companies sell ticket online
KL-melaka- around 120 km, check google map

First of all, goodluck to your Malaysia trip! I have totally enjoyed my whole trip in Malaysia late last year. Anyway, like what the other two have said here, you can easily get a bus ticket online (try to google them, a lot of bus companies offer different rates for different destinations). Just make sure that you don't forget your passport, tickets and travel insurance documents! Have a safe trip :)

I'm assuming major hotel chains in Melaka. So the most popular ones that are near the historic sites in the city centre are: Holiday Inn, Mahkota Hotel, and Equatorial Hotel.
