Where can we find a great but cheap hotel in Malaysia that is near the market?
We are staying in Malaysia for two days before going to Brunei and we want to optimized our time there. Thanks!

You didn’t mention the name of the city I mean in which Malaysian city you want to spend your holidays? I would recommend Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia. Being the capital city it houses lots of hotels to accommodate maximum number of tourists. There is a famous market right in center of the city called Central Market. Swiss Inn Kuala Lumpur, Olympic Sports Hotel, Le Meridian Kuala Lumpur, Starpoints Hotel Kuala, Maytower Hotel Servie Apartments Kuala Lumpur, Swiss Garden Hotel Kuala Lumpur are located nearby central market.

I recommend you to spend your holiday in east coast of peninsular malaysia, like Terengganu and Kelantan..... beautiful and awesome white sandy beach there....before this, ive went to Redang Island (depart from Merang Jetty)... beautiful..just spent about RM300 for 3/days 2 nights trip..good services there....

I think just go to Tune Hotels. Its one of the most popular budget chain hotels in Malaysia. Hopefully the city that you are gonna go to has a Tune Hotel branch there.
