Hi! My family & I will be visiting Japan this April. There will be 8 of us on this trip. Kindly answer the following questions I have regarding our said trip below:

* How do we get to Ginza from the ship's port area in Yokohama? What mode of transportation shall we use? How much will we need to spend? Total number of pax 8.
* What hotel/s can you recommend in Ginza that's accessible to shopping and eating?
* From Ginza, what's the best way to go to Disneyland, Disney Sea, Mount Fuji and Sanrio Puroland? Do we join a tour? Can we do it on our own by taking the train or bus? Please do give me a detailed answer on how to get to those destinations I've mentioned. Isn't the subway system in Japan confusing for first timers? Please refer me to a website that explains clearly the ins and outs of their subway/train system.
* Do restaurants, shopping malls accept credit card?
* From Ginza Hotel, how do we go to Narita airport? By airport limousine? Taxi? Bus? How far is the airport from Ginza? How much will it cost? Our flight home is at 9am. What time should we be on our way to the airport?
* Any tips you can give to make our first time trip to Tokyo a pleasurable one?
* Do you have any other suggestion of Tokyo sites that's worth going to? Please do give your suggestion and detailed description on how to go there.
