Thailand Sun name and shame

Hi in the old forum you had a name and shame listing , do you feel that the info there is current ?
Reason for asking is that one of the companies is now showing new owners , ie TUI , which is a major international company and wondering if it is now safe to book with previous named site , thanks Alan

Exclamation Hi Alan

You know, if you buy a business you probably know everything and acquire everything. I am a believer that shady business can never become legitimate. They try to do this with certain Suharto owned hotels in Bali, hiding the ownership through western brand name management contracts which put Balinese friendly project support PR on their brochures and web sites (without donating very much at all to them and also, may I say still riping off their own staff by not paying any or all of the service charges to which they are legally entitled). So I suspect they might be still bad yes, but I have no interest really in reviewing the data right now as a) it is hard to get any facts out of places like Indo, b) they do not pay me enough

regards
Mark
