i made a hotel booking with agoda.com back in february 2,this year i paid at the time with my thai debit card,
i was in my bank yesterday and found that agoda have made 6 debits to my bank account this month,march!!
the only way to contact them seems to be to call their "helpline which is in the UK,
i have sent emails to them,no reply ,i live in thailand i booked the hotel in thailand,but no contact number for their bangkok office.
another lesson learnt against using your credit card online,and dealing with big companies who hide from their customers!!
i talked to my bank today and the only way to stop them debiting my account was to stop my card
