Default re asia rooms

I have used asia rooms for more than 6 years and adhering to their conditions never had any problems.

Just in case anyone wonders if I am being paid by them : no I am not being paid , I 'm not a spammer, just making a honest comment based on personal experience.

quite an interesting discussion, it seems opinions are a bit divided. i'll proceed with care, but it's nice to know you can always have your credit card company step up if a business is being dishonest.

Default Asia Rooms

I find it strange the preceding message from Australia, I have used Asia Rooms many times over the past 10 years of travelling through Asia and have never had a problem with them.

Default Don't use asiarooms.com!

DON'T USE ASIAROOMS.COM...just believe it or else then you try to use the service and see that you get the rate, the products and the service.
I have since stopped using them...
Go to Agoda instead...Good Luck!

Default asianrooms feedback

I've used asiarooms a number of times over the years and they have been great. Granted I have never tried to change my booking and have always stuck to my intended dates, but if you change your plans after the fact surely you can expect some problem if you arent dealing with the hotel directly. Its hardly the companys fault if people dont want to stay somewhere after they've already paid for it. I'd be better prepared in future yourself so that doesnt occur. Its the same as trying to change your airline ticket after you've bought a cheap fare, if you want to have the flexibility to change your plans then you better pay the premium price or stop complaining. I dont work for asiarooms by the way.

I think it should not be because of AsiaRooms but hotel's policy. I booked with them before sometimes they have a package called "Advance Purchase". It is a lot cheaper than the other rates but you cannot cancel the booking or change the date. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full price.
