I have used Asia Rooms so many times for hotel bookings from Asia to Europe. I simply NEVER have a problem. I suspect that the people complaining simply lack commercial intelligence.

Thumbs up Francis

I have used Asia Rooms many times in the last 5 years. Never had a problem with rooms and found them to be one of the cheapest around. It may be hard to get a hold of them sometime, and sometimes it takes awhile to get a reply. This is the world of to-day, whats new? welcome to the real world.

Default Asiarooms

I have used Asia rooms for many years without issue. I have made more than 20 bookings. It was only recently that I could not make it to HK for a booking that I made. I cancelled 48 hours prior to the check in time, both through phone and internet. I did not recieve a confirmation of cancellation so called again and was told no problem. Still I was charged the full ammount and told it was not their fault as the hotel would not accept the cancellation and would not refund to them!!??? Tried many times and many calls to the Asiarooms Thai number but gave up! Money gone.

Default asia rooms

I have used asia rooms and had mixed results , htese include satisfactory accomodation however , have also turned up to find the hotel had no record of my booking and even when i produced my travell documents they would not honour the voucher and asia rooms gave no refund despite repeated requests written and oral.

Thumbs up Asia Rooms

I have made several bookings with Asia Rooms over the last few years and never had a problem. They keep me well informed and have good rates. In fact when Thailand had their problem with the protests and airport closure i called and cancelled my hotel booking near the airport with only 24 hours notice. I was not expecting any refund or at the most a partial refund. I got a full refund. I will always use Asia Rooms.

Thumbs up Nikadeemus

I've used asiarooms for bookings in china for the last 5 years and haven't had a problem yet.... It's true, the booking isn't instantaneous - they send me an email when it is confirmed. It doesn't worry me. The only time they couldn't get a hotel confirmed that I chose they offered me another that turned out fine. I use them because they can book mnay of the obsucre locations that many providers don't list rooms for.
