I had a horrible experience with the tour agent Maneerat Transport & Travel Co. (on Soi Post Office, Pattaya). Briefly, I took a 7 days/6 nights package tour to Cambodia from Pattaya, but the tour was not what was described in the tour program. Among many unsatisfactory things, I was left stranded in Sihanoukville (Cambodia) when no one picked me up to return to Pattaya.

In addition, the visa man working with Maneerat charged me 1200 Baht, instead of the legitimate US$20, for Cambodia visa cost. (1200 Baht is almost twice of US$20.) He further charged another 100 Baht for his service, which wasn's mentioned to me when I booked the tour.

The tour made my holidays a misery.
