Default Ngong Ping 360 in Hong Kong, worth to go or not?

Planning to go to Hong Kong with my husband in late October, we intend to go somewhere outdoor, and we found Ngong Ping Po Lin seem nice.

And many people on the internet recommending to see the Po Lin.
Did anyone been there before? How is it?

And how should we get there?

These might be stupid questions, sorry for that, it's our first time heading to Asia.
