Hi! I’m planning on doing an around the world trip starting this time next year. I’ll probably be going on my own and my safety is something that I’m worried about. I found this lip gloss by ‘2 Love My Lips’ that comes with a test to check to see if your drink has been spiked. Just thought I’d let other girls that are travelling/planning a trip, on their own, about it.

What a great idea! I would also recommend a door stopper that you can slide under your hotel room door (they don't take up much room and only cost a few $$) for people doing budget travel where the locks on the doors are sometimes questionable. I was robbed while sleeping in a hotel room in Thailand, so I take one with me everywhere I go now.

I think you should not forget about travel insurance. You wouldn't believe how many of my friends got into trouble while backpacking (broken limbs, assaults, etc).
