If you have a fully licensed holiday home in Thailand and look after your staff by making sure they get all tips / the service charge, please make sure to list yourself here.

Hotels which are 100% ethical to their staff may list themselves here. 100% ethical towards staff means they get all of the service charges paid by guests. 100% ethical towards guests means no extra guests, no mandatory "service charges" and no poor cc currency conversion rates.
