Default You do need to plan!

Mark

I agree that it wasn't the best of ideas to go straight into it but I do have meetings three evenings this week so will be fully occupied. With umpiring hockey on a Saturday, I don't drink anything on Friday evening as I need to be mentally alert and be able to run around the next day which is hard to do after enjoying a bottle of red wine the night before.

All I really need to crack is Saturday evening and if I have a particularly bad day at work during the week. I might have to have a couple of chunks of Cadburys whole nut chocolate to compensate!

Looking back at my posts I sound like an alcoholic but I'm not - honestly!!

Alison's signature;
If I'd known I would be this thirsty this morning, I would have drunk more last night!

- Actually, I do need to find a drunken smilie

No Alison is not one to take offence.
I may try a little drink of whiskey this weekend.
Lost 14lbs so far - bloody well should they had more to eat on Tenko than I am.

Default I'm here!!

Yes, well I suppose with my signature I deserved Marks comment and certainly no offence taken!! It was one I spotted somewhere else and liked as it was a bit different. I will have to try and think of something more profound!

Been quiet because I was feeling rough with flu like symptoms on Wednesday, was at a concert on Thurday, had a power cut for over 12 hours on Friday and last night just crashed on the sofa after umpiring two games of hockey. And before anyone asks, I did have a drink last night ( I knew Saturdays were going to be a problem) but it was the first one for 5 days and I am on the water tonight.
