How do you feel about people in front of you on the plne reclining their seats?

I feel like committing murder when I get seated and someone in front of me immediatly reclines their seat. They usually then spend most o f the time sat upright.
I have even had it on a one hour daytime flight.

Then there are the ones that are like they are suffering from St Vitus dance. Jigging and moving constantly.
