Thailand Sun Hi Ali

Sorry, I do not know for sure what message you are talking about. If I said anything bad tell me where to find it! The only thing I can think about was a retort to some post by another member about wanting to meet up with you in Bangkok I think it was after you posted a link to your blog with your photo on it. My inference was simply to him, that he may be more wanting to meet up with you than meet up with you to talk about travel . If that was the message and anything, you should take that as a compliment!

But yes, this forum is for where anyone wants to chat about anything other than travel in Thailand, Bali and now Vietnam / Cambodia / Laos. So if you want to chat on about whether the British people will be able to survive without Neighbours once it disappears from the BBC, this forum here is the right place.

Hope your dad gets better soon. I almost do not want to ask, but is he getting better or worse?

Thailand Sun Mark

Hiya

Now that my brain is functioning somewhat normally, I realised that I made no sense in my last posting! haha Sorry Mark!

I must say, I never did notice the guy who wanted to meet up with me in Bangkok! I may have been keen! haha Only joking! And thank you for the compliment! It made me smile!

Thanks for asking about Dad. He'd been doing a lot better lately - up until this little set back of course. We got a call from the hospital this morning asking us to go in asap which was rather terrifying. Turns out Dad's breathing hasn't improved. His oxygen levels are extremely low and they think he may now have a severe case of pneumonia of that the cancer has spread to yet another organ (i.e. his lungs). We'll find out more today though...when they run all the tests and his specialist (FINALLY!) comes to see him. Hopefully it's all manageable though.

On a completely different note Mark, just wondering, where should I post the last of the infamous JBRs? Should I do it here or on the TTF? Thought I'd run it past you first.

Default Hi Ali

It takes a whole day to get my brain working, then it is too late!

Sorry to hear about your dad. Such is the conveyor belt of life I guess.

Thai JBR's - hmmm, let me see, where should you post them! I think the TTF is a safe place

Smile Hi Ali

Glad you have been enjoying yourself so sad to hear that your Dad is back in hospital.

Your JBR's I certainly have missed them, brightened up a dull day at work everytime.

Hi Sharrie!

Well again the JBR is on hold after working on it all week. Dad's condition has worsened. It's getting a bit scary now but still trying to remain positive and think of him coming home soon instead of any of the alternatives.

Hope you have been well and hopefully soon I can fill those dull work days with the conclusion! :)

Take care.
