What is a 100% guest, staff and Balinese friendly hotel?

Below is a list of criteria. If you are recommending a hotel you have stayed at, you probably do not know the answer to each so it is OK as long as a) you had a great time / thought the place was great value AND b) if you are pretty sure the staff were being properly treated (getting all the service charges, etc.) and it appeared Balinese (culture / environment) friendly.

If you are promoting your own hotel or villa, that is OK, but you must meet each of the criteria below.

Criteria
1) All of the service charges go to the staff (none to hotel, management or directors).
2) The hotel / villa has an operational license.
3) The hotel / villa employs at least 90% Balinese staff.
4) The hotel / villa is not and has not been connected (ownership wise) with any Indonesian politician past or present.
5) The hotel / villa does not buy from TNI businesses, and supports the local economy by buying locally where possible.
6) The hotel / villa is not the subject of any protest or dispute by the local Balinese; please note; this criteria rules out all accommodations in Nusa Dua which have beaches where every day Balinese are excluded.

Conditions
1) Hotels and villas posted here are subject to discussion!
2) You must provide either a direct web site link or email address or both for the hotel / villa; absolutely NO agent web sites / contact emails allowed.
3) The owner of this forum can and will add an affiliate link for that hotel / villa if one exists with the forum's sponsors; this provides both competition for the hotel / villa and goes towards the operating costs of this site.
