Default Kupu Kupu Barong

Hi all--recently back from first Thailand trip. Now planning to go to Bali in October.
Found a package for this resort--one in Ubud for 3 nights and 4 @beachfront sister property in Tuban. It includes:
bfasts, 4 dinners/4 spa/4trek-tour/2 transfers/taxes. My price is under $200US day. Not sure about spending that much time @ beach--hope to ask about switching# of days at each.
What can anyone tell me--good bad ugly--about either location or property? Is there another area you'd recommend for first trip? We saw Amed area and looked different--we're not fond of tourist cities--couldn't wait to leave BKK and get to Hua Hin (if that helps) We fly all over Europe and so we prefer taking vacation time other palces like Asia, Africa. Hope that helps--longing for any ideas, thoughts, please. Thanks

Kupu Kupu Barong is located in Ubud Area....so it's a quite place there.

If you like a quite place, yeah....you should go to Amed ( a good place for snorkling and diving), also Lovina of Northen Bali, so that you could see dolphin there.

I am a balinese, so if you have anything unclear, please do not hesitate to ask ;)
