Bali Palm Hi another Newbie

Hi, I am new to this forum, have been to Bali many times, more recently with kids in tow and were last there May/June 07. My husband surprised me last week by booking for just the 2 of us to Bali next year for our wedding anniversary. We are a little out of touch for the ' romantic' things to do in bali as we have not been there kid free since 1994!!!! We will be staying at Puri Raja for 8 blissful nights. I feel a little guilty leaving the kids (9&12) behind because they really do love Bali but I'm sure they will end up with lots of gifts. So any suggestions on what to do, apart from the obvious, would be greatly appreciated.

Default Things to do

Hi Lizzi
As you are staying at Puri Raja you must go and sample the food at Warung Kartini which is in Gg Three Brothers, find it as you wont regret the experiance, dont expect all the bells and whistles, this is a clean local rest, the food to price ratio will have you going back to work through the entire menu - Selamat Makan
