They just call them super deluxe rooms and they are numbered 19 to 24 . The odd numbers i.e. 19, 21 and 23 are the downstairs. I book room 24 (the end upstairs room) for the following year when I leave the previous year. I just book it by room number.

The downstairs room are actually brighter as the upstairs room have dark wooden features. But the upstairs room are worth it for the views

We were there in Feb and book direct with the Tegal Sari. It was a delux wooden room that we booked, which was upstairs looking over the rice fields and right next to the pool. Room no.16 Fantastic.
