Talking Honeymoon in Sanur

Hey all,

For my honeymoon, i've decided to go to Sanur. It's all being kept a secret from my fiance, he thinks we're going to hong kong He's more into adventure holidays and Hong Kong just doesnt offer that. My aunty lives in Sanur, but i feel a bit awkward asking her for ideas on romantic things to do on my honeymoon...

We're staying at S'cape condotel, they don't have a restaraunt but they do have a kitchen in our apartment. So does anyone know of a nearby restaraunt that serves cheap & good western style breakfasts? (fussy fiance) OR if there's a supermaret or just markets where we could buy some stuff to make our own that won't upset our tummies?

Also, what are some good, romantic things to do around Sanur or Kuta. We've arranged for a driver for most of the week, so getting to and from Kuta wont really be an issue.

I have heaps more questions, but i'll just do them in dot points to save innocent forum-goers the time and hasle of reading it all in detail...

What are some good, reasonably priced restaraunts for dinner and lunch near Sanur beach?
What are some adventure activities i could book for my fiance (bungy jumping, white water rafting etc)
has anyone travelled to Bali on Jetstar? if so, how was it?
Reccomended things to do in Sanur/Kuta/Legian/Seminyak/Ubud?

We'll be in Bali in December this year if that information is useful :)

Default Things to do in Bali

Perhaps you could check out the Bali Adventure Tours website and see what they offer. White Water Rafting is worth considering.

While in Bali pick up a copy (free) of Bali Beats magazine which will give you a list of restaurants, shops, bars, spas and nightlife. You will find the magazine available in various places such as cafes, some shops etc. or ask around.

Google Sanur Restaurants to get a list. There are a number along the beach which are very nice but I don't have any specific names. You could do a general Sanur google which will provide plenty of information for the immediate area.

In Seminyak Warison, Ku De Ta and The Living Room are all beautiful, fine dining restaurants.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'romantic' things to do....perhaps you could define 'romantic' which could then help identify the sorts of things you are looking for.

Congratulations and wishing you a wonderful Bali Honeymoon.

Catherine
