Hello forum, a returning newbie here.

An advertisement in the newspaper here on the weekend (Perth, Western Australia) piqued my interest to visit Bali. The villas have a website HERE and it looks/sounds impressive to someone (me!) who has never visited Bali before. Check out the promo prices! We will be visiting for 2 weeks (2x couples) in late June and into early July, and I have been designated the accommodation researcher.

My questions are:

1. Has anyone stayed at this place?
2. Is the area a nice place to base yourself and is the beach nice?
3. Any experiences (good or bad) with staff/drivers provided with such places?
4. Are places like this available in other (better?) areas of Bali? (I have no knowledge of Bali geography!)
5. Would we be better off staying here for 1 week and relocating (to a similar type of accommodation) elsewhere?

We visited Villa Echo last year. In answer to your questions:

1) We have stayed there to do an independent inspection - see above.
2) Canggu is a go place to be based. It is quiet but close enough to Seminyak etc to be able to see all these places.
3) This villa is run by one of the best management companies in Bali so the staff will be excellent.
4) I personally find this villa a little confined so prefer others.
5) This is a good place to be based.
