Default Hi from a newbie

Hi all, I am ditching hubby and kidz for 2wks in Bali in August with 2 friends and can't wait. Have planned to do a bit more this time around such as snorkelling at Menjangen island, baik bike ride, and a cooking class. If any one has been to Menjangen whats the snorkelling like we are novices will we be O.K? Staying at Tegal Sari, and Casa Luna while in Ubud, Jubawa Homestay in Pemuteran and Sari Beach Inn in Legian, any reports on these appreciated.

Talking Menjangan

is very good but deteriorating rapidly I am told . But sure, no problem for novices there. Tegal Sari and the Honeymoon Cottage? at Casa Luna are superb choices. I do not know the homestay in Pemuteran you speak of but would recommend you stay close to the main 3 hotels so you can enjoy the Taman Sari's beachfront restaurant at night especially.
