Alot of my family and friends keep asking me if we are still going to Bali after what happened last weekend and the warnings put out by the Australian Government.

I keep telling people if we cancel we are only letting the terrorists win. We will not let "them" spoil our holiday in paradise.

Only 20 sleeps to go.

I appreciate both people's concern and your stoic determination to carry on regardless. I must admit that I move between these two views, depending on whether I've had a good night's sleep, ha! Perhaps in the immediate aftermath it is the safest time as vigilance is at it's peak.

I wish you and your lovely family a wonderful, safe and happy, happy time. Keep one eye out for anything that doesn't make sense, as I suppose we should all do anyway to protect ourselves from life's yucky stuff.

Thanks for reading my reports, I have several more to come to complete the story of my 3 weeks in Bali. I've just returned from 8 days in Mooloolaba so a bit of a delay in getting them written. Unfortuantely I won't make it to Bali again until next year but we can't have everything we want all the time and Mooloolaba was just lovely so no complaints.
