Ok, I am almost ready to get these trip plans decided.
Here's the scoop so far:
Standby from the States to Korea, and I got confirmed FF seats from Incheon to Bali. We arrive 2 am after both flights and layover ICN at KE Prestige Lounge (business class both legs)
I can get free room w/points at Le Meridien for one or two nights. Got airline discount rates for Melia and Novotel Benoa as well as Mercure Sanur.
Decision # 1--should we opt for two nights at any of those hotels?
since the
Next part of trip is Amed area. I like a pool and ocean view, he doesn't care but wants to dive one day. Looking at Blue Moon Villas or Anda Amed.
Decision # 2--either one of those or better recommendation?

Last part of our stay is Ubud--the luxurylink.com packages I am looking at are Kupu-Kupu Barong and Pita Maha. Both have all the goodies I want and 4 nights--pool villas. There is a slight price difference--KKB is $200 more than PH (which has transfers and extra dinner included) most of everything else is similar. I have a gift certificate to apply to either property.
Decision # 3--HELP!!! Any pros/cons to share with me, please?

When we come back from Ubud, we have lounge priv at DPS, but our flight is 1 am, so we'd like to leave Ubud afternoon and go to a spa before heading to the airport. Looking for advice for one last "ahhhh" before leaving Bahhhhhhli.

ok--no one has input, BUT, I've changed the questions to:

Royal Pita Maha has 5 night pkg instead of 4 night Kupu Kupu Barong.
(for a difference of $100 more) IF we buy RPM for 5, would it still be prudent to stay one night close to airport, then go to Amed for only 2 nights?
Leaning toward Anda Amed--not interested in Life in Amed--but Blue Moon is still option.
Any ideas, folks?
