Default Any good place to stay in the highlands?

Hi everyone, we're considering a visit to Bali next Feb. This is our fifth or sixth visit. Usually we base ourselves in Ubud, but this time we're wondering if we should go elsewhere, somewhere cooler. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good place to stay in the central highlands? We're thinking cool weather, beautiful views, picturesque walks, some yoga, good food, that kind of thing :) It'll be a short stay, maybe two or three nights, so we don't mind paying a little more...

Know a beautiful spot up in Bedugal--about one and a half hours out of Bali flats. It is caled the Pacung Indah --is owned by an Australian couple. The views are incredible--sit out on the resturaunt deck and watch the clouds roll over Mount Agung. Further up the hill you can visit Chandikunning markets and from there the twin lakes.
You can check out the website
Pacung Indah Hotel & Restaurant, Pacung, Bali, Indonesia. Ph:- 036821207
Cheers laurs
