Alpha Sigma will do it all for you............that's why the local charges. Your duty and whatever fees will be collected at home, however it is up to you to do your homework if you want to work with one of your local carriers (steamship line) to arrange your shipping, get your charges and arrange for COD....otherwise it will all be charged to you in Bali...I arrange my shipping locally, COD...but that isn't always easy to do once you've left your country...you will find yourself at the mercy of the shipper in Bali.
Surabaya is Java, the container will be trucked to Java to be shipped out...they do ship out of Bali now (I hear) but not much, and your goods will be waiting and waiting for a ship...........so really the only way to go is through Surabaya.
I can't stress enough importance in doing your homework, you don't want your products confiscated...I understand your country has some rules & regulations as well as some prohibited products...you need to know this...it can mess up your entire shippment/entry...
