Those call shrines, locally called 'tugu' Usually each family who own rice field will place one shrine on the top of their land.

The shrine is dedicate to 'goddes sri' the goddes of rice. goddes sri is associeted with wisnu. in bali hindu mythology Godess Sri is the'wive of Brahma.
