It's in a great location. I stayed there 2 years ago and was there a month ago so not sure how the villa construction in front of the hotel are affecting the noise.
This place is hard to find info about. We stumbled across it. It was relatively cheap - make sure you ask for a room with an outside bathroom. Pool was lovely temperature. Staff speak little to no English though this may have changed. It is mainly operated for Javanese holiday makers. I think the owners also own the Willy's Villas further down the laneway.
Rooms are not overly soundproofed. We were the only guests so this was not an issue. For a budget hotel I think it's pretty good - just watch for the noise levels.
We had to negotiate breakfast and in the end left it and had breakfast at Cafe Tebu just across the end of the laneway's carpark which is excellent. Great lunches there too.
It's within about 4 mins walk of the beach, La Lucciola, Living Room etc.
Hope this is helpful.
