If my memory is correct we paid about $300 US for the official ceremony part which made it all legal. Basically all we had to do was go to the consulate and sign all the paper work then on the day have a 2nd ceremony conducted in indonesian which only took a few minutes but needs to happen to make it all legal...
We also had a photographer as part of our package which was thru the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel (every time i write that i want to go back there), and my mum who used to be a wedding photography got heaps of great shots for us.
