Hip Hip Hooray.
After some tooing and froing qantas has finally agreed to change our flights with no penalities. We have to flight out a couple of days later but this is not a huge drama.
On looking into things a bit closer it seems that they did not cancel the flight because of the bombings at all. The reason the flight was cancelled was that the plane was due to land in Bali on Nepyi Day. When I booked the flights 6 monts ago Nepyi Day was yet to be proclaimed at that time and once they announced Nepyi Day qantas then had to cancel there flight. So I guess in the end they had to honour my flights.
It's All Good - NOW.
