Thanks for the comments Carolyn, it does look fab doesn't it! Seems too good to be true (lets hope not!) I think the only place I've found that is better value is ABN! I'm in the usual correspondance with Putu now about what we want putting in our fridge and so on....a kind of personal service that I have never found elsewhere! We're taking two friends again, a different couple this time. Our mates are almost queuing up to come on holiday with us as they all keep coming back with such great tales of "4 staff each" etc etc!
Suebe....I can't get enough of Bali now, we were always determined not to become one of those couples that keep going on holiday to the same place every year for year on year, but this is hardly the costa del sol! :-) Plus with Bali working out so relatively cheap we usually still manage to get away somewhere new each year too. I'm emailing you now about that driver...thanks!
BTW, For anyone considering flying from the UK to Bali we usually fly Malaysia Air, we've found the service to be average to above average, flights on time and the aircraft in top condition. We also prefer KL to BK for the stop. After an exhausting search for flights the usual Dial-A-Flight bargain was not to be had! They were still the cheapest of all the bucket companies but could not get the dates we wanted and even when compromising on dates (after being told no seats were available on that flight) their best price was nearly £620 for a flight in April! I checked Malaysia Airlines prices direct and they came back at over £1,000 per ticket! In a last ditch attempt I tried Garuda, the old faithful! Turns out they are still using Malaysia Airlines as the operator but you can book direct with Garuda for £510!!! Thats nearly £100 cheaper than with dial-a-flight and over £500 cheaper than Malaysia direct!!! Give garuda a call if you are in the UK!

Cheers

Rob
