Hey Larry! A similar thing has happened to me - I was checking my flights and noticed that they had changed. I was in trouble because I needed to be back home at a particular time and they had changed me and the family to a flight a couple of days later than planned. I called them and received a similar response - most unhelpful
Let me know how you go, I am planning to annoy the living daylights out of them until I get what I want!!!
