Sorry for not replying sooner but I was so devastated to hear of the news of the bombing that it somehow seemed insensitive to talk about anything else. I've thought long and hard about what to say, as I feel that the people of Bali will need visitors to come now more than ever.
If you are looking for total peace and quiet, with a stunning location, then the BBH is the one. I would just be careful about a) the pig if you get offered, b)we were charged 100 000 each for a massage at the villa, when there is a lovely salon a few meters away that charges 1/2 that, and c) although it is lovely, I'd class it as rustic chic, as opposed to luxurious and d) the food was relatively expensive, considering you had little choice in what turned up - we regretted not being firmer about that.
I've already written my next JBR, but am unsure whether to post it. I'll post a question asking the other readers what they think first.
