is more central, has better guests (Puri Bagus tends to have too many toffy nosed tour group guests) and also better atmosphere. Rambutan is not on the beach though, but that is no bad thing as the hawkers in central Lovina are a pain in the a when you want to sit on or next to the beach. The food is really very good in Rambutan as well. Perfect hotel for a bit of Bali with western standards, and for poping out into town for a bite or a beer.
