That is way better than a total pardon but it still begs the question as to why any attention would be given to him. The wait for the final justice to be carried out(i.e. execution) must be very, very difficult to endure for the victims of the Bali bombing. Personally I struggle with the capital punishment issue but if it was myself or anyone close to me that was damaged by this horror I'd have to be honest and say I'd want them executed right now.
I can't remember who told me but I now recall someone saying that the Bali bombers were going to be taken to Malaysia for execution.
