spent two weeks there earlier this month. Our perception throughout our trip around the island was that we were very safe at all times... except when we were in Kuta, Tuban, Legian area. The atmosphere there is very different than, say, Ubud or Pemuteran.
I wouls enjoy to hear other's views on this.
