Think a difference with the London bombings is that they weren't aimed at any particular group of people, just intended to create mass hysteria whereas the Bali bombings, and Sharm for that matter, were specifically aimed at tourists. What are they supposed to do, advise nobody to travel into London? Seems to be a way of life these days
