Give the Hotel the flick,,.. it has changed name three times, first PURI-INDAH and the preferred hotel in the area for most Australian package tour operators including Qantas and Garuda orient holidays,.they cancelled all contract with the hotel after the Australian part owner/manager was forced from Bali,.. and the hotel went to pot with a lot of complaint about the security. stealing, and con by staff to visit various other businesses owned by the now (Agung Rai) owners of the hotel,....it was then renamed Kokokan,... more complaints,.. now called ARMA,.....
Many of the staff are relatives of the owner and are on for the con,...getting some 30% commission if you purchase from Agung Rai Galleries or Agung Raka,....also big commissions if using any of the tours operated by the hotel.....also a lot of complaints that the room rates ....some pay upto 100% more for the same standard of accommodation than others do......beware!
