When I was there, there was one other Australian family staying. I guess out of 130 rooms maybe 20 were occupied so it was very quiet and very nice. Quite a few Dutch couples - older retired couples who were lovely to chat to by the pool. I was there as a single female and felt very comfortable all the time.
Staff were lovely and friendly. One of the bar staff dropped me off at the fabric market on his way home from work which was nice. Staff also helped me with language etc.
Depends what sort of touristy things you want to do but Lombok is like Bali in that there is nothing much that specifically caters for wheelchair access. Depends on the extent of your daughters disability. You can hire a driver and a car to take you places, but the hotel is nice enough to hang out at. There is an activities desk and I am sure they would be able to find something that would accommodate you both?
YOu could easily catch a cab up to Sengiggi and walk around. It's not very big but it's a change from the hotel. Just a few restaurants, not many shops.
I was happy to lie by the pool and read, watch tv etc. But maybe your daughter wants a bit more? Probably best to contact the hotel and ask them specifically. I really enjoyed it though. Lombok in general is much quieter and cheaper than Bali which appeals to me.
