Only because I've never stayed at Sengiggi Beach!!! Just make sure you ask for the room to be on the same level as reception and the main restaurants. There are lifts to go from floor to floor also. I stayed there for three days and left the hotel only once to look at Sengiggi but the hawkers scared me back to the hotel where I was very happy and contented.
I'm not sure if they have handicapped bathrooms - worth asking as they have very big bath tubs with a high edge that would be difficult to get over the top of if you are wheel chair bound.
Hotel is in a lovely setting with beautiful garden walks that have nice cement paths that would be easy to move along. I really really enjoyed it here and it's away from the hassle of Sengiggi. For three nights you can eat in a different restaurant each night and the meals at the hotel are quite reasonable.
