It is very unusual to have to take Malaria tablets now, unless you are going to be out in the villiages. If you will be around the main hotel area, my Dr. says you don't need the Malaria tablets, but still make sure you use plenty of insect repellent. I do have the vaccine for Thyphoid and Polio. This is just my opinion, so please be guided by your better judgement or your Dr.
