Unfortunately your the defense team did not argue effectively this point of lack of fingerprints so the charges was not thrown out. What is a "proper legal process" it may not be the same as a western court but from what I have read there is no suggestion that the trial was corrupt. Just remember no system is perfect - look at oz we deported an Australian citizen and locked up another for months. I do not know one way or the other if she is guilty or not but the end of day SC's defense team was not up to the task and it would seem SC is paying the price. She has not been denied justice its that Indonesian justice is not what we are used to.
